Arithi Academy is a place to learn programming. Whether you are a student or a working professional, whether you have engineering or science/arts background you’ll find something to enrich your knowledge here. Our focus is on fundamentals. Our students, because of the knowledge gained here, have gone on to get good jobs in companies big and small. Yes, our focus is on employability – it is a national crisis – but without sacrificing fundamentals.
Our Promise
At the end of the day everyone needs a job, better yet a career. It is our belief that if you have strong fundamentals (and a few other things like hard work, passion etc which can’t be taught but can only be learnt) employment will be easy, may be even that dream job will be come by. Most of our students get a decent job, some even a great job but still it’d be wrong on our part to say that employment is guaranteed. Instead, we promise that you will get the best education and be best prepared to step into the professional world.

It is our ideal that no deserving student is turned back for financial reasons. We take this responsibility seriously and intend to make a difference.
At the end of the day, everyone needs a job, better yet a career. This academy was set up to help students to build a good career in Software Programming. We bridge the gap between academics and the industry expectations through practical training. We always encourage our students to seek a career, instead of just finding a job. In addition to Software Programming, we now offer training for career in Electronics Engineering as well.
Our Focus
Math and Science skills are the fundamental building blocks, which when complemented by good communication and soft skills, helps to build a strong career in the technology field. It is a fact that strong fundamentals will land one in a job that builds the career in the long run. Hence, our focus is on building strong fundamentals. Practice makes the learning perfect. The training therefore emphasizes a lot on practicing the implementation of the fundamentals. For these reasons, needless to say, most of our students got jobs in companies that provide a good career path.
Who can benefit
Graduate Students
- Students of Engineering or Science degrees (B.E., B.Sc., M.Sc., B.C.A., M.C.A.), who are in Final year or Pre-final year of study.
- Final year students of non-computer science background (ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil etc.), who secured campus placement in an IT company and would like to prepare for that career.
Fresh Graduates
- Engineering or Science (B.E., B.Sc., M.Sc., B.C.A., M.C.A.) graduates, who completed their study and looking for a suitable job.
Working Professionals
- Engineering or Science graduates, who are working in non-programming jobs like BPO, KPO, Testing etc., and wish to switch to a career in Programming.
